Designating Vietnam as a "Country
of Particular Concern"

Urge the State
Department to address the serious violations of religious freedom in Vietnam
as required under the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998.
Recently, 34 senators and congressmen wrote to Colin
Powell calling for Vietnam
to be designated as a "Country of Particular Concern." Please
send your own letter to the Secretary of State recommending CPC
designation and remember also to thank your senators and/or congressman
who signed onto the previous letter.
